The role

We are growing fast - across markets, client types, and continents. NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLS venues in the US. Universities and hospitality groups across Germany and Europe. The person who joins now will help build what the next chapter looks like. We’re looking for a Project Manager in the Customer Success team who owns the full journey from signed contract to live deployment - and stays close to the client after that. This is a hands-on, cross-market role with real scope across Germany, Europe, and the US.

What you'll do

Project Management. Own go-live projects end-to-end: kick-offs, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and final deployment — remote and on-site
Cross-market delivery. Coordinate across markets — working closely with colleagues in the US to deliver projects that span time zones and cultures
Client success. Take ownership of client relationships from go-live onward — regular check-ins, escalation handling, and making sure clients get the value they signed up for
On-site presence. Travel to clients across Germany, Europe, and the US — for Sports & Entertainment venues, the occasional evening or weekend go-live is part of the picture

What you'll bring

2–5 years in project management, operations, or client-facing roles in B2B SaaS or tech
Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders — international exposure is a strong plus
Excellent communication in German and English — you can run a kick-off in Cologne and a project call in New York in the same day
Structured and proactive — you manage multiple workstreams without losing detail, you see what needs doing before being asked, and your colleagues always know where things stand
Technical affinity — you are not a developer, but you understand how hardware and software work together and are comfortable navigating technical topics. You learn new systems quickly and can hold your own in a conversation about how something is set up, configured, or connected
Experience in sports, hospitality, or venue-based industries is a strong plus
