As a Data Processing Scientist, you will contribute to the development and improvement of the data processing chain for Marble’s satellite payload. Your work will focus on ensuring the quality, consistency, and scientific reliability of Earth Observation data products derived from the onboard imaging instruments.Your main tasks:- Development and improvement of processing methods for optical Earth Observation data from spaceborne sensors- Implementation and validation of radiometric and geometric correction methods for satellite imagery- Support the development of calibration approaches to ensure consistent image quality across acquisitions- Analysis and evaluation of multispectral imagery to monitor and improve data quality and sensor performance- Contribution to the development of operational satellite data processing workflows- Collaboration with payload engineers, software developers, and geospatial analytics teams to optimize the usability of satellite data products- Support verification and validation activities for Earth Observation data products
