We’re building this product from scratch - on top of JobLeads’ proven platform, data foundations, and reach across millions of users. That means fast iteration, real-world feedback from day one, and the ability to scale quickly.

Your Role:
This isn’t a maintenance role. It’s a creation role.
As Product Owner, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of a new product area: defining what it is, shaping how it’s built, and guiding it from first concept to a scalable, user-facing experience.
You’ll bridge internal capabilities and real user value. You’ll turn structured data into compelling product experiences. And you’ll lay the foundation for a product line designed to scale across JobLeads’ existing user base and acquisition channels.
From day one, you’ll have engineering support, leadership alignment, and cross-functional stakeholders ready to collaborate. What you’ll bring is clarity, momentum, and product conviction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the product end-to-end, from concept to launch and beyond
Define the product vision and translate it into a structured, actionable roadmap
Create and manage a quality backlog: epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative releases
Partner closely with Engineering to turn platform capabilities into a fully user-facing experience
Deeply understand workflows and architecture to ensure scalable, high-quality data foundations
Establish and oversee data inflow pipelines (internal and third-party enrichment sources)
Own data coverage, freshness, and quality - treating data as a product surface, not just backend plumbing
Design and launch user-facing functionality with clear use cases for job seekers, plus a measurable discovery/SEO strategy
Collaborate with Marketing (SEO & SEA) and other product teams to maximize visibility, engagement, and retention
Set success metrics, run experiments, and drive fast iteration based on user behaviour and outcomes
Explore B2B opportunities over time and define the product capabilities needed to unlock that next stage
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of Product Ownership / Product Management experience, ideally within a data-driven or platform-based product
Proven experience taking products from early-stage capability to something users actively engage with
Strong analytical instincts, you make decisions grounded in data, not just intuition
Clear, structured communication skills—you can write specs engineers execute on and strategies leadership rallies behind
Comfort navigating ambiguity and building clarity where none exists
Fluency in English
Nice If You Have:
Experience operating in B2C and B2B environments, or marketplace platforms
Background in HR tech, recruiting, or the broader jobs ecosystem
Comfort working with data-heavy products where quality, coverage, and enrichment are central product decisions
A sharp eye for UX, you’ve partnered closely with designers and understand the difference between functional and compelling
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals in large-scale, content-rich web environments
Exposure to AI-driven products or data enrichment systems
