As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, forging powerful connections with corporate clients and opening doors to new opportunities. This is more than just a sales role - you'll shape the future of how corporations innovate by partnering with startups and building long-lasting, high-impact relationships. Responsibilities
Own the Sales Process: From prospecting to closing, you'll lead the charge in securing new corporate clients and achieving ambitious revenue goals.
Build Lasting Relationships: Be the trusted advisor who champions startup partnerships and creates tailored solutions that deliver exceptional value to clients.
Optimize Sales Strategies: Refine and improve our sales playbook, develop compelling sales materials, and ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our CEO and Senior Innovation Managers to shift from founder-led sales to a scalable, team-driven approach. Partner with marketing to align strategies and keep the sales pipeline buzzing.
Pave the Way for Leadership: Take ownership of shaping our sales function, with a clear path to stepping into a Head of Sales position.
Your profile
A Proven Sales Star: You've successfully closed five- or six-figure B2B deals, ideally in SaaS, professional services, or innovation ecosystems.
Thrives in the DACH Region: You have a strong network among German corporates - bonus points if you've worked with innovation units or know the venture clienting space.
Builds Connections with Ease: Your persuasive communication and relationship-building skills inspire trust and create win-win opportunities.
Has an Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're data-driven, results-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Loves Innovation and Technology: You get excited about cutting-edge solutions and know how to connect them with real-world corporate challenges.
Speaks the Language of our clients: Fluent in German and English (bonus points for additional European languages).
