You will wow our customers by successfully planning, executing, and following up on trade shows and events.
You’ll lead projects with a high degree of structure and accountability.
You will act as the primary point of contact for external agencies, vendors, and internal departments (like Logistics) to ensure seamless, transparent communication.
You will conduct vendor research, lead negotiations, manage budget planning, and take ownership of cost-effective event delivery.
You will maintain a pulse on project status, managing quality control and timelines while overseeing post-event performance metrics.
You will partner with colleagues to build event concepts and customer journeys that turn prospects and long-time users into lifelong EGYM fans.
